Incher - This Can be used for Whipping and Liquidizing.
This will activate the motor until release the button.
HOW TO FIX THE JAR
There are three different types of attachments provided with this mixer.
Liquid Jar: With polycarbonate cover capacity of 1 1/4 Liter.
Grinder Jar: with Polycarbonate cover capacity of 1 Liter.
Chutney Attachment: With polycarbonate cap.
Remember, that in every above attachment, a locking wedge has been provided at its base. Carefully insert the jar on the top of the basic unit and ensure that the lock of the jar fits the slot of the basic unit. Twist the jar in the clockwise direction for locking the jar to the unit. Place the Dome/Flat cover /Cap on the jar/attachment. Ensure that the rubber gasket is fitted securely on the edge of the dome/cover (for liquid jar) before covering the jar.
HOW TO FIX BLADES
(Blades should be fitted in Stainless Steel Grinder Jar only) Make sure that the blade assembly is fitted to the shaft correctly. To fit, hold the coupler of the jar with your left hand. Then fit the blade assembly with the right hand onto the shaft by gently twisting it with a spatula (Spanner) in an anticlockwise direction till securely locked.
While fixing the blade on the jar shaft, do not over-tighten, as the jar coupler on the underside of the jar may get unscrewed. If this happens, fix the fibre washer first, then the spring and then screw on the rubber coupler in an anticlockwise direction.
OVERLOAD MOTOR PROTECTOR
This mixer Grinder is equipped with OVER-LOAD MOTOR PROTECTOR (CIRCUIT BREAKER). It is fixed at the bottom plate of your Mixer. The function of this device is to protect the Mixer Motor from heavy loads. In case such a situation does occur, your Mixer will automatically stop and hence protect the motor restart the machine, wait for 1 minute to allow the motor to cool down and also remove the cause of the overload. The pin rod located on the bottom plate of the Mixer has to be pressed by hand for use.
CLEANING AFTER USE
To clean the stainless-steel jar, fill the jar with 1/3 of water, mix a spoonful of detergent and run the mixer for a few seconds at the speed 1. Then empty the jar and repeat the opera twice now remove the jar from the mixer body. Unscrew the attached blade using the spatula and wash it under running water. Damp and dry them with a soft, clean cloth to remove existing odour and to keep them ready for next use. Do not leave the blades fixed in the jar, nor keep the jar in the mixer. Never use any harsh abrasive soap, powder or any material like thinner, petrol, alcohol or similar to that to clean the jars as well as the motor body unit. Never immerse the motor housing unit or bottom of the jars in the water or in any liquid. Always clean them after each use to avoid food deposition.
